- Check LOCAL RULES before starting play
- Members are to ENTER COMPETITIONS at the Golf Magic kiosk. Entry fee to be paid by TAP and PAY at the Square terminal or by cash placed in the desktop slot on the Captain's desk. If unable to enter the competition at the beginning of play, then do so at earliest convenience during your round.
- All completed round competition golf SCORE CARDS are to be recorded by the player and marker in the Golf Magic kiosk program. Cards not lodged within 15 minutes are subject to disqualification. Unsigned cards result in a two shot penalty on the player's score. Scoring and lodgement on mobile phone applications will also be valid entry if compatible with the club software.
- Non financial members without payment arrangements with the club treasurer by April 14th each year, are ineligible for all pennant and club competitions.
- Practice/ play on the course on the day of Stroke Play competition (e.g Stroke, Stableford, Par) before you play is not allowed (Rule 5.2B). Practice will be restricted to the practice fairway and practice putting green only. In Match Play events, you are permitted to practice/play on the course on the day of competition.
- All events to be played off BLUE OR RED TEE MARKERS unless otherwise stipulated by the Captain or Committee.
- Competition times for Winter Competitions - Players may hit off any time after 7am, and later starters must have score cards handed in by 5pm. On Medal Days, players are urged to hit off between 9.30am and 10.30am for general fellowship in the clubrooms after play, trophy presentations, and acknowledgement of sponsors for their generosity.
- Competitions will be held for Full Members on all weekend days, including days of pennant matches.
- Players achieving an Eagle in competition will receive 12 golf balls. Other Trophies. i.e. balls, not claimed within 3 months will be forfeited.
- We encourage all players to CARRY A SAND BUCKET for repair of divot holes on the fairways and rough, and pitch marks on the greens.
- The Club program may be subject to alteration with the Captain's or Committee approval.
- MOBILE GOLF CARTS - may be used in any competition at the discretion of the Men's or Ladies Captains.
- MOBILE PHONES - should be turned off or on silent mode when on the golf course, and may only be used in an emergency situation.
- Conditions of Play specific to the Ladies Program are displayed on the appropriate notice board within the Clubhouse.
